WHY HIRE A PHYSIQUE COACH?
Science has a really good answer to this question! Graph below has been sourced from a high quality study on the subject of effectiveness of a generic training program. 53 young beginners followed the same training routine for 9 weeks. Each bar represents muscular gains of one individual. As you can see, some actually might have lost muscle, and many more have experienced only marginal increases in size (~5%). Personalized training program is important for getting good results, even in young beginners - and it's value only raises with age and training experience, as it becomes harder to make progress. Once coupled with the right nutrition and sufficient recovery, a close to optimal rate of muscle gain can be achieved.

Once we begin sculpting your physique, I start gathering data about your work capacity in different rep schemes, rate of strength increases, recovery levels for different muscle groups, weight changes, limb measurements, and of course - we take progress pictures. Based on this information your training routine evolves into a program that is highly specific to your needs, giving you great results and an all-round awesome feeling, as every day brings you closer to your goal!

Will be enough - unless you want to train more often! I can make almost any frequency work great for physique development.
